Each antique Rose cut carefully follows the outline of their original mackle rough: another crystal structure for diamond formation. Cutters create a flat bottom and a top dome of concentric triangular facets that meet at the center with the purpose of creating brilliance as lights reflects from the surface.
We slowly collect our oldies and take our time sorting and carefully matching them (tough task!), so that they are ready for your earring designs or perfect for side stones on that engagement ring custom project.
